with food & exercise. Stop making excuses as to why you are fat & put in some action!

What are your strengths as a personal trainer? As a personal trainer, I aim to retain an extensive fitness knowledge base that incorporates all sectors of health,
nutrition and fitness. By doing so, I would like to assist people in their bid for an active and healthy lifestyle, while being open and eager hear new and alternate information you may have!

Favourite Sports? Anything to get the heart pumping! Touch footy, boxing, but also love a muscle-busting workout in the gym.
Most memorable moment? Scoring 100% on my Exercise Science exam! Such a good feeling.
Your biggest health & fitness achievement? Losing 23kg! Most rewarding journey ever experienced! When people see the hard work you’ve done, or barely
recognise you, you know you’ve started winning the battle.
How do you think we can reverse the global obesity problem? It’s important that we start the education process early; it’s
time we start implementing fitness programs into schools, and get kids moving and have fun doing so! Parents also need to play their part and become active role models...it really makes for a happy and healthy family!
