How do you think we can reverse the global obesity problem? Parents need to take responsibility & become role models for their kids
with food & exercise. Stop making excuses as to why you are fat & put in some action!

Most memorable moment? Completing my first 10km fun run after having lost 30kg. It was a massive milestone for me.
